Terms and conditions
2026-09-17
Personal licence. Digital course. Cards via WayForPay. No physical delivery. No refund after access.
1. Who you contract with
These Terms govern access to phoebuslab.com and paid digital courses published under the name PHOEBUSLAB (the “Operator”). By creating an account, ticking the checkout box, or opening a course, you enter a binding contract with the Operator.
Contracting party: the Operator of phoebuslab.com. Questions: support@phoebuslab.com.
2. What you buy
You buy a personal licence to view educational materials (text, diagrams, templates, glossary, quizzes) for one named course. You do not buy the files, the brand, the method as property, or a share in any business.
Access is granted after payment is confirmed by the payment provider, or when the Operator grants access. Demo or preview access is not a completed sale.
3. Digital content — no withdrawal, no refund
Courses are digital content supplied immediately. When you tick the box at checkout you (a) ask us to start performance at once and (b) acknowledge that you lose any statutory right of withdrawal that would otherwise apply to distance contracts for digital content (including the 14-day cooling-off under EU/EEA/UK consumer rules).
All fees are final. No refund, chargeback cooperation, “didn’t like it”, “no time”, “wrong niche”, or “I already knew this”. If a chargeback is opened after access was granted, we may freeze the account and contest it with the provider using your access logs.
The only exception is a documented duplicate charge for the same course in the same currency on the same day, corrected as a payment error — not as a change of mind.
4. Copyright. Not yours to copy. Not yours to strike
Every lesson, structure, prompt, glossary, cover, tape, manifesto line and layout is original copyrighted work of the Operator or used under licence. All rights not expressly granted stay with the Operator.
The licence is personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable. You may study on your account. You may not copy, scrape, record, screenshot for publication, train models on, resell, gift, or upload any part to Telegram, YouTube, Drive, Notion public pages, or another school.
You must not present PHOEBUSLAB materials as your own course, template pack, or “unique method”. You must not file a copyright strike, DMCA notice, platform complaint, or takedown against the Operator, its domains, channels, or authorised copies. Doing so is a material breach.
If you leak or rebrand the materials, the Operator may terminate access without refund, demand deletion, and send takedown / strike notices to hosts and platforms. Circumventing copy-protection or sharing login is the same breach.
5. Education only
Nothing on the platform is investment, legal, tax or medical advice. Crypto, traffic, trading, dropshipping and automation can lose money, get accounts banned, or break local law. Results of other people are not a forecast. You act at your own risk.
6. Eligibility and account
You must be 18 or older. One natural person per account. You give true name, email, phone and country so we can issue access and talk to the payment provider.
We may refuse, suspend or delete an account that pays with stolen instruments, scrapes content, insults staff, or tries to reopen a refunded seat.
7. Price and payments
Price is quoted in euro at checkout and may vary by inferred region. The amount on the payment screen at the moment you confirm is the contract price.
Card and crypto processors are separate controllers for the payment itself. A failed webhook does not mean you may republish the course; write to support with the provider reference.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by mandatory law, the Operator is not liable for lost profit, lost accounts on third-party platforms, lost trades, or data you paste into third-party tools. Remaining liability is capped at the sum you paid for the specific course in the 12 months before the claim.
Mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived in your country stay in force. These Terms do not limit liability for wilful misconduct where the law forbids it.
9. Law
These Terms are governed by the law of the Operator’s place of business, except where mandatory consumer law of your residence applies and cannot be set aside.
The English text is the controlling version if translations differ.
10. Payment methods
You pay on phoebuslab.com. Available methods: bank cards Visa and Mastercard via the WayForPay payment service. Cryptocurrency may be offered at checkout through a separate provider when that method is switched on.
The payment provider processes the charge. PHOEBUSLAB does not store full card numbers. The amount shown on the payment screen at the moment you confirm is the contract price. Prices are quoted in euro; the provider may display a UAH equivalent.
11. Delivery (digital content)
The product is a digital training course. There is no physical shipment, post or courier.
When the payment provider confirms the payment, access opens in your cabinet on phoebuslab.com under your account. That is delivery of the goods.
If the payment is declined, cancelled or never captured, access is not opened and the sale is not completed.
12. Refunds
The refund policy is published at phoebuslab.com/refund. In short: after the digital course is opened, fees are not refunded except a documented duplicate charge for the same course on the same day.
