Privacy policy

We keep what the till and the cabinet need. Ads pixels stay off until you allow them.

1. Controller

PHOEBUSLAB (operator of phoebuslab.com) is the controller of personal data collected on this site. Contact: support@phoebuslab.com.

2. What we collect

Account and checkout: first name, last name, email, phone, country, Telegram handle, locale.

Service: course progress, quiz results, order id, payment status, provider reference.

Cookies: essential (session, locale, consent) always; analytics and ads pixels only after you opt in.

3. Why

Perform the contract: open the course, keep the seat, talk to the payment provider (card or crypto).

Legitimate interest: stop fraud, copy-leak and chargeback abuse; keep the wall from being scraped.

Consent: marketing cookies and advertising pixels.

Legal duty: invoices and complaint records where a law requires them.

4. Who else sees it

Hosting and database, authentication vendor, payment processors, email or Telegram if we send a receipt.

Ad platforms receive events only if you allowed marketing cookies. We do not sell lists.

5. How long

Account and progress — while the account lives and up to 24 months after last login, unless a longer tax or dispute period applies.

Payment records — as long as bookkeeping or chargeback windows require.

Consent log — for the life of the consent plus 12 months.

6. Your rights

Where GDPR or similar law applies you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and to object to legitimate-interest processing. Marketing consent you can revoke in the cookie panel.

Write to support@phoebuslab.com from the email on the account. We may ask you to prove the account is yours. Deleting the account does not cancel the no-refund rule for a course already opened.

7. Transfers and security

Servers and vendors may sit outside your country. We use processors that offer a contract and a standard transfer tool where required.

Access is login-gated. Copy-protection exists to reduce leaks; it is not a promise that a determined person cannot make a photo of a screen.
